The governor of the Iranian province Khodafarin announced that a 6-year-old child was wounded when a rocket fired during an artillery barrage by multiple rocket launchers hit a residential building in the village of Parvizkhanlu. The location of the village suggests that the rocket must have been fired from Azerbaijani positions. Parvizkhanlu is located to the south-west of the Line of Contact, to the rear of Artsakh Defense Army positions, on the Artsakh-Iran border, 10 to 12 km from the position of the Azerbaijani armed forces and the Azerbaijani border.
