Azerbaijan wants to exchange Armenian captives with his diversants

Azerbaijani commission on captives, hostages and missing persons observes the Armenian Baku exchange with convicted Azerbaijani diverts, rusarminfo reports.

"We address some organizations related with Dilham Askerov, Sahbaz Guliyev issues. We are working on these issues and observe Armenians exchange issues who are in Azerbaijan",- the secretary of the commission quoted, one of the Azerbaijani website reports.

Now, the citizen of the Republic of Armenia Zaven Karapetyan and the citizen of the Republic of Artsakh Arsen Baghdasaryan are situated in Azerbaijan.
