"Our relations have historic character, they are strengthened in bilateral documents, that is why bilateral relations will develop as it was determined by a multilateral agreement on numerous summits, meetings and negotiations, and first of all, proceeding from the principles of prosperity and the interests of the two nations", said Zakharova.
