On 13 December President Bako Sahakyan had a meeting in Yerevan with Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to discuss a range of issues on the domestic and foreign policies of the two Armenian states, security, drafting the 2019 Artsakh Republic and the Republic of Armenia state budgets.
