President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing Arayik Haroutyunyan from the position of the advisor to the Artsakh Republic President - Artsakh Republic President's representative at large upon his own request.
The draft law on ratifying the TRIPP Agreement will be presented at the plenary session of the National Assembly on October 27
