Qasemi: Karabakh should not affect Tehran-Baku-Yerevan ties
![]() 2160 Monday, 04 March, 2019, 12:15 Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Sunday that Karabakh conflict should be resolved based on dialogue and international principles as it is very important for Iran its relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan to be expanded. Referring to the recent visit of Armenian prime minister to Tehran, as we have stated for several times, Tehran's stand with regards to all its neighbors is very crystal clear, transparent and definite as neighbors are among Iran's first priority in the country's foreign policy, Qasemi said. Tehran is determined to broaden very consolidated relations with its neighbors based on mutual respect and non-interference in each other's affairs, he added. The Islamic Republic of Iran is to spare no effort to help resolve the issue, he underlined. |
