New York field hospital under construction in Central Park amid coronavirus outbreak

Crews began erecting the cluster of long, white medical tents in the park’s East Meadow lawn over the weekend. The makeshift medical centre will house 68 beds and will be specifically designed to be a respiratory care unit. |
