An Azeri put the video on his Instagram story saying, “This is an Armenian cafe in Kiev. It’s [the fire is] a gift from Azeris.” Azeris across the diaspora especially in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine are targeting Armenian individuals and Armenian businesses in a response to Azerbaijan’s failed military offensives and futile attacks against Armenia.

It’s [the fire is] a gift from Azeris.” Azeris across the diaspora especially in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine are targeting Armenian individuals and Armenian businesses in a response to Azerbaijan’s failed military offensives and futile attacks against Armenia. - The failed attacks against Armenia are causing great losses on the Azeri side, including: human losses, and technological/financial losses.
