On 29 July Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on releasing Karlen Avetisyan from the position of Artsakh Republic permanent representative to the Republic of Armenia in connection with assuming a new post.
According to another presidential decree Sergey Ghazaryan was appointed Artsakh Republic permanent representative to the Republic of Armenia.
