 2227 Wednesday, 14 October, 2020, 21:00 Azerbaijan today continued targeting civilian population shelling especially some settlements of Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut regions. The Ombudsman’s staff got verified information that as a result of indiscriminate shelling of Martakert town, the employee of “Artsakhenergo” company Nver Pargev Grigoryan was killed during realization of his job duties. |
