Footage from one of the hospitals which today was targeted by Azerbaijan

Footage from one of the hospitals located in the north-eastern direction which today was targeted by Azerbaijan. Here civilians have also been receiving treatment. This attack constitutes a gross violation of norms and principles of international humanitarian and customary law.
