We welcome the efforts of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the Republic of Armenia aimed at ceasefire and descalation of tensions in the zone of Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict. The Republic of Artsakh reaffirms its readiness to respect the conditions of the humanitarian truce on a mutual basis in accordance with the Moscow declaration of October 10, 2020 and the agreements reached on October 17
