We highly value the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the personal engagement of the French President in achieving this humanitarian truce on October 17.
We proceed from the understanding that the current arrangement implements the October 10 joint statement which established ceasefire and indicates necessity to establish parameters of ceasefire.
Ceasefire should be sustainable and verifiable.
