Four former Uruguayan presidents expressed their "historic solidarity" with Armenia on Wednesday in the context of the conflict with Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Julio María Sanguinetti, Luis Alberto Lacalle Herrera, Tabaré Vázquez and José Mujica signed the document that also calls for an "immediate ceasefire" and the "restart of talks to achieve peace."
