Ombudsman of Artsakh: I am blind but I see those crimes

The Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan's video message & introduction on the deliberate war crimes of Azerbaijan committed against Artsakh/Karabakh people on October 31 after the OSCE humanitarian agreement.
"I am blind but I see those crimes, the international community is not blind but they don't see those crimes",- said Artak Beglaryan.
