The Armenian side has appealed to Russian peacekeepers in order to implement their function in the Old Tagher-Khsaberd section and to the highest level of agreement.
The Armenian side repeatedly in writing and oral form addressed Russian peacekeepers to perform their functions at the Stary Taher-Khtsaberd site, and agreement was reached at the highest level.
