Politics must be understood realistically. We are in a very difficult situation. 82% of the territory of the Republic of Artsakh is occupied, we have many victims, refugees, displaced persons, destructions and, naturally, changes are inevitable here. But changes both in Artsakh and Armenia should not only be in the change of officials, changes should take place in the way of thinking, in the system of values. If we replace values with prices, and, unfortunately, this happened in Artsakh, then this cannot lead to anything good. This is one of the most disastrous catastrophe.
What happened to the Armenian statehood is also the result of the defects in the value system. Some of them came to us from time immemorial, the other are newly formed ones․''
