Cavanaugh: ''You could have achieved settlement of the conflict in 1999''

Former US Ambassador and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Carey Cavanaugh on his Twitter page, touched upon the Karabakh conflict.

''To paraphrase LTP: You could have achieved settlement of the conflict in 1999 (before parliament assassinations) on more favorable terms. If that had happened, you would have avoided unnecessary suffering & loss. You would have a completely different country & a secure Karabakh''.
