![]() 1483 Monday, 30 August, 2021, 10:30 U.S. anti-missile defences intercepted as many as five rockets that were fired at Kabul's airport early on Monday morning.The rockets were fired at the Hamid Karzai International Airport, a US official told CNN. The C-RAM defense system installed at the airport engaged with the rockets, the official said. There are no reports of any casualties at this time.The US official said the rockets aimed at the airport were likely launched by ISIS-K, but cautioned it was too early to know for sure. |
