Police shoot man dead after terror attack at Countdown LynnMall in Auckland leaves multiple people injured

Police have shot and killed a man who entered a west Auckland supermarket and injured six people on Friday afternoon. The injured were attacked in the New Lynn Mall Countdown before their assailant was then fatally gunned down by police, who had been following him as part of "constant surveillance".
