''Zhoghovurd'' journal writes, ''Back on July 26 during the 2-hour meeting in the central office of ''Civil contract'' party a decision was reached, that claimed the necessity of establishing a committee to review the circumstances of the 44-day war. The document on the establishment of the committee is ready, the members of the parliamentary governing faction have already signed the application on committee establishment.
According to the information we possess, committee establishment issues and all other ones are personally dealt with by Andranik Kocharyan, chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security. The committee will be under his control and the members of the committee lead by him will be responsible for reviewing the circumstances of the 44-day war''.
