''You have been talking about electoral fraud; how come your political leader was standing beside the first president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan who was behind electoral fraud, within the scope of ''Impeachment'' alliance, and sitting here as a deputy with his Congress?'' announced Hayk Mamijanyan, a deputy from ''I Have Honor'' alliance addressing his speech to deputies from ''Civil Contract''.
