Kamo Kochounts was appointed to the position of the first vice Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia

Armen Sarkissian, the president of the Republic of Armenia has signed a new decree: ''Guided by prime minister’s proposal, according to Part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as Part 1 of Article 35.1 and Point 1of Part 1of Article 36 of the law of the RA ''on Military Service and Status of Serviceman'', to appoint Kamo Kochounts to the position of the first vice Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia'', it is mentioned in president’s decree.
