Gagik Khachikyan, the defender of the former Prosecutor General and the former chairman of the Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan has posted on his facebook page: ''The decision on Aghvan Hovsepyan’s detention has been appealed to the Court of Appeal''.
Reminder: Hovsepyan is accused of money laundering, illegal entrepreneurial activity, receiving an exclusively huge amount of bribe, and committing fraud.
