The session on the cases initiated against Robert Kocharyan and others was given a one-month delay

The Criminal Court of Appeal gave a one-month delay to the session on the cases initiated against the second president of the Republic of Armenia and others.

The second president’s advocacy team has made an announcement on this.
Karen Mejloumyan, Seyran Ohanyan’s defender informed with an application, that he would be on holiday on September 18-28. Besides, judges were going to participate in training courses and they could take part in court sessions after October 11.
Accordingly, the next court session is appointed on October 15, at 17:00.
