"It has been done for a simple reason to make it clear for the citizens of the RA, that the points issued are situated on neither the territory of the Republic of Armenia, nor the territory of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic, but outside of them, and the Republic of Armenia accepted this de jure by the Law on Administrative Division adopted in 2010". |
