Third President of RA, RPA President Serzh Sargsyan today is remotely participating in the International interparty videoconference: "Global challenges of the XXI century: interparty dimension", which takes place within the framework of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the "UNITED RUSSIA" Party. A number of heads of states and governments, as well as leaders of many influential political parties are taking part in this important event.
