6.0 magnitude earthquake reported off coast of Mexico
![]() 2059 Thursday, 23 December, 2021, 10:48 An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.0 was reported off the coast of Jalisco, Mexico Wednesday evening. According to the United States Geological Survey, the earthquake was recorded around 3 p.m. 135 miles southwest of La Cruz de Loreto. The agency reported that the tremor could be felt along the coast of Mexico. At this time, no damage has been reported. |
