The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, said bandits continue to damage the property of the republic and use weapons against citizens.

''Alma-Ata alone was attacked by 20 thousand bandits. Well-coordinated coordination of actions, combat readiness and bestial cruelty,'' Tokayev said.
