Roma to not extend Mkhitaryan contract
![]() 1112 Wednesday, 26 January, 2022, 21:12 Roma will not extend their contract with the captain and midfielder of the Armenian national team, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, la Repubblica daily of Italy reports. The 33-year-old footballer will become a free agent this summer, and therefore he will be able to join another club for free. Mkhitaryan's high salary—€3 million per year—has become one of the reasons for the aforesaid decision by the Roma management. Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been playing in this Italian club since September 2019. |
