"I express my gratitude to Turkiye for hosting peace talks between Ukraine and Russia," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, APA reports.

He also noted that Russian troops do not retreat from Ukrainian territory, but just change their positions: "Russia is trying to regroup, expand and intensify its attack in the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine."
