![]() 1060 Thursday, 21 April, 2022, 15:06 Vagit Alekperov decided to leave ahead of schedule the head of Russia’s largest private oil company company “Lukoil”and also withdraw from its Board of Directors (BoD). This was announced on Thursday, April 21, by the Russian news agencies TASS and Interfax. According to them, the relevant statements were sent to the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Alekperov was not a controlling shareholder, as of March 31 he had only 3.12% of the shares in direct possession, through funds and trusts he owned 5.43%, for which he does not control voting rights, the agencies specified. |
