![]() 1251 Saturday, 30 April, 2022, 16:18 The data center of the Yandex company in the city of Mäntsälä in southern Finland was disconnected from the power supply, after which it was switched to a diesel generator, RBC reports, citing a source close to the Russian company. The outage occurred on April 25, but this became known only now. A Yandex spokesman told the publication that the data center (DPC) in Mäntsälä is “temporarily running on its own diesel generators.” He did not name the reason for the outage, but noted that the data center continues to operate, and the company is in the process of renegotiating an agreement with an energy supplier. |
