Spanish Ambassador to Moscow summoned to Foreign Ministry

Spanish Ambassador to Moscow Marcos Gomez Martinez was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry. This information was confirmed to a TASS correspondent by a source in Spain’s diplomatic agency.
"At this moment, we are only confirming that he was summoned," the source said.
The reason for the summons is not being specified.
In April, Spain’s authorities announced the decision to expel 27 employees of the Russian Embassy.
