Euro exchange falls below 59 rubles first time since June 2015
1495 Monday, 23 May, 2022, 19:54 The euro fell below 59 rubles on the Moscow Exchange for the first time since June 2015. By 16:38 Moscow time, the euro accelerated its decline to 58.68 rubles (-6.58%). The dollar exchange rate fell to 57.47 rubles (-4.59%). At the same time, the MOEX index lost 2.76% dropping to 2,307.87 points. The RTS dollar index rose by 2.21% to 1,267.17 points. |
