Fighting near Lisichansk – the Russians tried to storm the oil refinery

The Russian occupation troops are trying by all means to finally occupy the Lugansk region, and for this they need to capture Lisichansk. At the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about the situation at the front.
