This was reported on the official website of the US Treasury. The athlete is included in the list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), which involves the blocking of assets and isolation from the dollar system. On June 3, Kabaeva and Tatyana Navka fell under the sanctions of the European Union. Earlier, the US Treasury announced the expansion of sanctions against Russia.
