US congresswoman urges to use any diplomatic tool to prevent attacks against Artsakh

Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky: ''Azerbaijan must be held accountable for yet again violating its ceasefire agreement with Armenia. I urge the Department of State to use all of its diplomatic tools to hold the Aliyev regime accountable for its attacks on Artsakh and to prevent future atrocities''.
