Proposal to ban schengen visas for Russians submitted to EU for discussion

The news of the submission of the proposal was announced by a German Cabinet spokesperson, Steffen Hebestreit, SchengenVisaInfo.com reports. The spokesperson said that the proposal would be discussed between the Cabinet members of Germany as well as within the EU.
