President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said during a video message that the cost of gas in Europe has exceeded $3,300 per thousand cubic meters. According to him, this situation allegedly developed because of “energy blackmail” of Russia.
Zelensky noted that the situation is difficult, but many European countries are taking a responsible approach to solving problems, doing everything possible to protect themselves.
Kyiv coordinates its actions with the EU in matters of energy. “The upcoming winter will be the most difficult in our history. The government is doing everything to make the country go through this season,” Zelensky said.
