Blinken reiterated Biden's pledge to support Ukraine "for as long as it takes," as he met President Zelensky on Sept. 8 in Kyiv.
Blinken also announced the latest $675 million drawdown of US military aid to Ukraine.
The draft law on ratifying the TRIPP Agreement will be presented at the plenary session of the National Assembly on October 27
