On October 14, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the mandate, activities and location of the EU civilian mission to be implemented in accordance with the agreement reached in Prague.
