About it reported on the website of the Unified Federal Register of Information on the Facts of the Activities of Legal Entities (Fedresurs). “Limited Liability Company “MAERSK” … notifies that the sole participant of LLC “MAERSK” (decision No. B / N dated October 13, 2022) made a decision to liquidate LLC “MAERSK” and appoint a liquidation commission. Creditors’ claims may be filed within two months from the date of publication of the notice of liquidation,” the Fedresurs website states. The Danish shipping and logistics company AP Moller – Maersk was founded in 1904 in the Danish city of Svendborg. The carrier of goods operates in 130 countries, the staff exceeds 100 thousand people. In March, Maersk announced the termination of operations in Russia and the sale of local assets. At the end of August, the company completely left the Russian market. |
