Zelensky called the conditions for negotiations with the Russian Federation

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky named five conditions for starting negotiations with the Russian Federation. About what kind of conditions he said on Monday, November 7, in video message to the participants of the Climate Summit in Egypt.
According to him, everyone should take the need to stop the aggression of the Russian Federation as seriously as they take climate problems. “The main thing for us is to inform the world about the ongoing Russian aggression, about the destabilizing influence that Russia has on the whole world. When the world is focused on countering war, energy and food crises, the destruction of familiar international relations, the climate agenda obviously suffers. And climate destruction it is impossible to pause somehow,” the head of state stressed.
Zelensky also named five conditions under which negotiations with Russia are possible:
restoration of territorial integrity;
respect for the UN Charter;
compensation for all losses caused by the war;
punishment of every war criminal;
guarantees that the invasion will not happen again.
“These are absolutely clear conditions,” the head of state added.
