Working consultation at the Artsakh Republic President
 2012 Friday, 16 December, 2022, 21:06 On December 16, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan convened an enlarged working consultation with the participation of representatives of the political parties represented in the National Assembly. The military-political situation around the Artsakh Republic, the situation created in the country as a result of the blockade, and the steps to overcome it were on the discussion agenda. The meeting was attended by Secretary of the Artsakh Republic Security Council Vitali Balasanyan and State Minister, Head of the Operational Headquarter Ruben Vardanyan. |
