The military-political situation around the Artsakh Republic, the situation created in the country as a result of the blockade, and the steps to overcome it were on the discussion agenda. The meeting was attended by Secretary of the Artsakh Republic Security Council Vitali Balasanyan and State Minister, Head of the Operational Headquarter Ruben Vardanyan. |
