Bjorn Stritzel, reporter for the German newspaper Bild, injured

Bild correspondent Bjorn Stritzel, who covers the news about the special operation in Ukraine, was wounded by shrapnel as a result of shelling. This was announced by the editor-in-chief of the publication Johannes Boye.

“He is safe (as far as possible) and the injury is not very serious. Nevertheless, this is a reminder of the difficulties that reporters in Ukraine go through to tell the truth, ”Johannes Boye wrote on Twitter, for which he received words of gratitude for his support from Bjorn Stritzel.
