US congressman Eliot Engel reported that Azerbaijan allows Israel to use the territory of Azerbaijan to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.

"Israel plans to use the territory of Azerbaijan to attack Iran's nuclear facilities, and Baku agreed to this," he added.
