German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, in his speech devoted to the armed conflict between Moscow and Kiev, said that a ceasefire on Russia's terms is unacceptable and would be tantamount to a "dictated peace."
Thus, he made clear that there was no way for Kyiv to negotiate a peace deal with Russia because there was a "gun to their head."
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz also announced about the imminent transfer of new Gepard anti-aircraft gun systems and IRIS-T air defense systems to Ukraine.
