Araik Arutyunyan: We welcome Scholz’s statement

Artsakh Republic President Araik Harutyunyan welcomed the position of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on the Artsakh settlement. He tweeted:
“Conflict should be settled peacefully on the basis of equal principles of territorial integrity and the right to self-determination of the people of Nagorny Karabakh people.
Settlement is impossible without fully considering our fundamental/collective rights».
