Ned Price: US State Department’s Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations Louis Bono to visit Armenia and Azerbaijan
![]() 755 Friday, 03 March, 2023, 12:24 Luis Bono, the newly appointed senior US adviser on negotiations in the Caucasus, will travel to Yerevan, Tbilisi and Baku next week, the US State Department stated, noting that this is the diplomat's first working visit on this position. "Mr. Bono plans to meet with senior leaders to support the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process and our sustained commitment to Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, this will be his first visit to the region" State Department's Spokesperson Ned Price mentioned. Bono was appointed senior US adviser on negotiations in the Caucasus, on February 1. Earlier this post was occupied by diplomat Philip Riker. |
